Midway Care Group is an expanding Supported Living and Residential care provider for Adults with Learning Disabilities, with services across the Midlands and surrounding counties.
We are recruiting for Support Workers.
What Will I be doing?
- Supporting people in developing and maintaining daily living skills.
- Identifying and meeting the needs of those we care for.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with people, team members, and the local community.
- Encouraging choices in line with the rights of people with Learning Disabilities.
- Participating in and assisting with care plans, encouraging individuals to take an active role in daily living.
