Monday to Thursday, 6:00am – 4:15pm (Fridays Off)

Role Overview

A local business on Wrexham Industrial Estate is looking for Production Line Operatives to join its manufacturing team. This role involves fitting seat covers onto bus seats by hand, requiring a high level of precision and attention to detail. You will work in a fast-paced production environment, helping to produce high-quality finished products while maintaining excellent quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manually fit seat covers onto bus seats.
  • Carry out detailed hand-finishing work to achieve a high-quality finish.
  • Stretch, position and secure seat covers accurately.
  • Inspect completed products to ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Follow production schedules and work instructions.
  • Maintain a clean, safe and organised work area.
  • Work as part of a team to achieve daily production targets.
  • Report any quality concerns or defects to the relevant supervisor.

Skills & Experience

  • Previous production or manufacturing experience is beneficial but not essential.
  • Good manual dexterity and confidence working with your hands.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to carry out intricate, repetitive tasks.
