About the Role

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a busy and well-established food manufacturing company in Welshpool, who are looking to recruit multiple Hygiene Operatives to join their team. This is a great opportunity to secure ongoing work within a fast-paced and supportive environment, with an upcoming pay increase.

Working Hours (Rotating Shifts, Monday to Friday)

  • 6:00am – 2:00pm
  • 2:00pm – 10:00pm

Key Responsibilities

  • Cleaning production areas, machinery, and equipment
  • Maintaining high hygiene standards at all times
  • Following strict food safety procedures
  • Supporting the production team as required

Requirements

  • Physically fit (role involves manual handling and some heavy lifting)
  • Reliable with good timekeeping
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Previous hygiene or food production experience is advantageous but not essential
