The role involves depot-to-depot trunking work using curtain-sided trailers, offering consistent Monday to Friday night shifts with no manual handling or nights away from home.

Key Responsibilities
- Complete depot-to-depot deliveries and collections.
- Operate a Class 1 (C+E) vehicle safely and efficiently during night shifts.
- Carry out daily vehicle safety checks before and after each shift.
- Ensure loads are secured and transported safely.
- Complete all relevant driving and transport documentation accurately.
- Comply with Driver Hours, Working Time Directive and road transport regulations.
- Maintain high standards of safety and professionalism at all times.
Skills & Experience
- Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence.
- Valid Driver CPC qualification.
- Valid Digital Tachograph card.
- Previous HGV Class 1 driving experience is preferred.
- Experience working with curtain-sided trailers is advantageous.
- Good understanding of Driver Hours and Tachograph regulations.
