About the Role
We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a busy and well-established food manufacturing company in Welshpool, who are looking to recruit multiple Hygiene Operatives to join their team. This is a great opportunity to secure ongoing work within a fast-paced and supportive environment, with an upcoming pay increase.
Working Hours (Rotating Shifts, Monday to Friday)
- 6:00am - 2:00pm
- 2:00pm - 10:00pm
Key Responsibilities
- Cleaning production areas, machinery, and equipment
- Maintaining high hygiene standards at all times
- Following strict food safety procedures
- Supporting the production team as required
Requirements
- Physically fit (role involves manual handling and some heavy lifting)
- Reliable with good timekeeping
- Strong attention to detail
- Previous hygiene or food production experience is advantageous but not essential
