Team building and staff morale will be a priority, and you will be expected to positively contribute to the performance of the business. This position requires a close working relationship with front line colleagues, support staff, management, and tenants to ensure the service delivery exceed expectations. You will be a high energy leader, presentable and a natural communicator with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced changing environment.## Job summary### SalarySalary - £16.09 per hour### Hours per weekWorking Hours - 32.66hrs per weekApply**Key Responsibilities**To support the line manager in the operational delivery of shift cleaning, waste, and customer service within the shopping centreEnsure compliance with all internal procedures, site processes and external bodies including enforcement agencies and auditory bodiesDeliver the rota ensuring correct manning levels are maintained at all timesMotivate and monitor the team to achieve the highest possible standards of service deliveryMaintain standards of performance, discipline, and welfare for the team in accordance with company policiesTo support the manager in development and training of staffManagement of the cleaning equipment, consumables and materials including stock controlTo ensure all equipment/machinery is in good working order.
