Our graduate scheme offers a fantastic opportunity to develop commercial experience in a friendly and rapidly‑growing renewables company. You will gain experience in all aspects of our business, from sales processing to operations and accounts, with a particular focus on technical activities in our operations, software and technical sales divisions. The post is initially for one year, with the possibility of moving on to a permanent position thereafter.

Programme Rotations
- Solar Business Development: Engage new customers, use our Easy PV platform to design solar and storage solutions, and help move prospects to loyal customers.
- Renewable Heat Team: Learn the technical details of heat pumps, handle customer enquiries, and develop our Heatpunk heat‑pump sizing software.
- Software Development Team: Work on our internal systems and our popular PV tools – Easy PV and Heatpunk – tailoring your tasks to your strengths.
- Off Grid Systems: Support the design of solar and storage solutions for off‑grid applications and assist the sales and operations teams.
Additional business functions you may experience include:

- Sales / Account Handling
- Warehouse & Logistics
You will also have the chance to spend a month or two at our Dublin subsidiary and at our Glasgow branch.
