Role Overview
We are looking for a Bid Coordinator who is highly organised, detail focused and comfortable managing multiple live opportunities at once. You will coordinate the full bid process from initial enquiry through to submission and post-award handover. This role sits at the centre of sales, engineering and delivery, ensuring bids are complete, compliant and handed over cleanly once awarded. The role is not about selling â it is about control, clarity and follow through.
What you will do
- Coordinate bid activity from enquiry to submission
- Review tender documents, drawings and specifications
- Manage bid programmes, deadlines and internal inputs
- Gather technical, commercial and supplier information
- Support estimating with BOQs, pricing schedules and assumptions
- Liaise with engineering for technical responses and clarifications
- Ensure bids are compliant, structured and professionally presented
- Prepare and submit final tender documents
- Manage postâaward documentary handover, including scope, pricing, assumptions, exclusions, drawings and supplier data
- Support variations, clarifications and afterâsales queries as required
- Maintain clear records so delivery teams start with certainty
