Working alongside teachers, pastoral leaders, families and external professionals, you'll play a vital role in ensuring every child has the opportunity to flourish.
We're looking for a compassionate, resilient and committed Key Adult to join our inclusive SEND team and provide consistent, trusted support for pupils who need it most., We're looking for someone who is calm under pressure, emotionally intelligent and passionate about making a lasting difference. Whether you have experience supporting pupils with SEND, SEMH or behavioural needs, or you're ready to bring your transferable skills into education, we'd love to hear from you. We are looking for someone who:
