The Role: What You'll Be Doing
As a Teaching Assistant in our Resource Base, you won't just be "supporting"-you will be an integral part of a child's educational journey.
- Tailored Support: Deliver high-quality, bespoke learning experiences adapted from the National Curriculum.
- Bridge the Gap: Support children as they move between the specialist base and mainstream classes, ensuring they feel confident and included.
- Empowerment: Focus on building the "skills, reason, and sensitivity" our children need to thrive.
