We are seeking a dedicated teacher to deliver exceptional learning and contribute to our vibrant, specialist setting.**About the Role**For the first year, this post includes teaching within our bespoke Mayhill provision and providing high‐quality cover across the school. The structure of the role will be reviewed after the first year.You will play a key part in delivering a stimulating, challenging curriculum for KS1, KS2 or KS3 learners, ensuring every young person is supported to achieve their potential.**What You’ll Be Doing**Deliver outstanding teaching across core and foundation subjects, maintaining high expectations for progress and achievement.Create an organised, inclusive classroom that supports educational, social, emotional and mental health needs, including effective use of PSPs, PLIMs and EHCPs.Plan and teach a stimulating curriculum that follows academy policies for assessment, planning, recording and reporting.Use assessment intelligently to set ambitious expectations, track progress and identify pupils needing additional support.Provide high‐quality feedback through timely marking, constructive targets and clear next steps.Build strong home–school partnerships that champion pupil success.Work collaboratively with professionals including Learning Facilitators, Tutors, Educational Psychologists, Speech & Language Therapists and Health colleagues.Support SEN identification and provision in line with the SEN Code of Practice, contributing to meetings and reports.Engage in professional development to maintain up‐to‐date knowledge of educational practice, SEMH needs and inclusive pedagogy.Contribute to whole‐academy improvement through reflective practice and teamwork.Uphold safeguarding, physical intervention and all academy policies.**Why Join Us?**You’ll be part of a supportive, skilled team with a strong commitment to inclusive education, professional growth and meaningful outcomes for young people.
