You are welcome to come and look around to help inform your application.**Key Responsibilities**- Strategic SEND Leadership: Manage and evaluate SEND provision to guarantee that all legal and statutory requirements are met.- Inclusion Strategies: Serve as the strategic lead for pupil premium, disadvantaged students, Foundational Knowledge, and as the designated teacher for looked-after children (LAC) and English as an additional language (EAL) students.- Team Management: Provide leadership and line manage the Teaching Assistants and Interventions Lead.- Teaching Allocation: Maintain a small teaching load of approximately 16 out of 50 periods.- Leadership Contribution: Participate in school self-evaluation, development planning, and assume other whole-school responsibilities to support leadership development.Please refer to the application pack for the full details and please note that the application deadline is Mon 5th October at 09.00.
