Frome College has a vacancy for an organised and efficient School Trips Co-ordinator to provide professional administrative support to the Finance and Admin Teams. The successful applicant will join a welcoming and supportive team where you will co-ordinate school trips, events, and general administration. Experience in general office administration is essential. Proficiency with Excel and Google are desirable, but not essential, as full training will be provided.
To be considered for this role you will:
- Have strong IT skills, preferably with experience of Google and MS office.
- Have a keen eye for detail, and a calm, professional manner.
- Be organised, methodical with a flexible, positive “can-do” attitude.
- Be confident to communicate well with parents, students, and staff in a friendly and professional manner.
- Be able to work on your own initiative, as well as part of a team, with effective time management skills.
- Have a great sense of humour!
