Mon - Thu 08:30 – 15:00 (includes a 30-minute unpaid lunch) Term Time + 2 Days

The Role

In this key role, you will manage our bustling reception, ensuring a professional and welcoming first impression for our entire community. This post offers an excellent opportunity for a dedicated administrator to transition their skills into a purposeful environment where multitasking, resilience and a sharp eye for detail are essential for success.

What You’ll Bring:

  • A Professional First Impression: As our primary receptionist, you’ll be professional, resilient and articulate.
  • Precision & Pace: You are time-efficient and accurate, even when balancing multiple priorities.
  • Technical Literacy: You’re comfortable with modern IT tools. Experience in an educational setting (Arbor/School Grid) is a plus, but we value a strong, transferable administrative skillset above all.
