You will:
- Have leadership and SEND experience with the ability to motivate and inspire

- Lead our Working Futures Careers programme and ensure its continual development.
- Be a consistently outstanding and effective classroom practitioner with the ability to plan and deliver dynamic, personalised lessons
- Be creative, innovative with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Enthusiastic with a proven record of successfully seeing projects and initiatives through to completion
- Provide appropriate learning opportunities for the full range of our pupil's needs in line with our school's vision and values
