This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious, enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our innovative and exciting school. Critchill School caters for pupils aged 4 - 19 years with profound, severe and complex learning difficulties.

You will:

  • Have leadership and SEND experience with the ability to motivate and inspire
  • Be visionary, ambitious and self-reflective
  • Lead our Working Futures Careers programme and ensure its continual development.
  • Be a consistently outstanding and effective classroom practitioner with the ability to plan and deliver dynamic, personalised lessons
  • Be creative, innovative with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Enthusiastic with a proven record of successfully seeing projects and initiatives through to completion
  • Provide appropriate learning opportunities for the full range of our pupil's needs in line with our school's vision and values
  • A commitment to Trust improvement and a willingness to embrace the Trust's values, core purpose and collaborative principles
  • Be able to build effective working relationships with a range of stakeholders and contribute to the strategic development of the school
