  • Direct Care: Provide personal care to service users, including assistance with bathing, dressing, mobility, and other daily living activities. Support individuals with physical disabilities and promote their mental and physical well-being through engagement in activities.
  • Supervision and Leadership: Oversee and manage care staff, ensuring that high standards of care are maintained. Act as a role model and provide guidance to junior staff members.
  • Care Planning: Conduct assessments and develop care plans tailored to the individual.
  • Medication: Auditing, ordering and administration.
  • Multi-disciplinary teams: Work with nurses, doctors and complete referrals to support residents.
