Over 400,000 players have already made the move, and we’re only just getting started. We’re a high-performance team operating at pace. High ownership. Constant iteration. No hiding behind processes. We move quickly, test relentlessly, and turn ambitious ideas into real impact. If you’re driven, creative, and thrive in fast-moving environments where you can shape meaningful outcomes - keep reading.

As a Sportsbook Trading Associate, you’ll play a key role in owning and delivering our In-Play Sportsbook proposition, ensuring we provide customers with a compelling, relevant, and engaging experience throughout the biggest sporting moments. You’ll take ownership of key fixtures from start to finish, staying on top of match action, market suspensions, data feeds, pricing and settlement while ensuring the right markets, promotions and narrative-driven content are surfaced to customers at the right time.

A major focus of the role will be proactively identifying opportunities to grow Sportsbook handle and customer engagement. You’ll use your understanding of live sporting narratives to anticipate what customers will want to bet on next, making sure our proposition reacts quickly to what is happening on the pitch, court or track. You’ll work closely with Trading, CRM, Product and Player Support to make our In-Play experience stand out, helping promote key fixtures and betting opportunities to our customer base while maintaining a consistently high operational standard.

This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes sport, has an exceptional eye for detail, enjoys working in a fast-moving environment and wants to develop a strong understanding of sportsbook trading and customer behaviour.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own the In-Play proposition across key fixtures, ensuring customers receive a consistently strong and engaging betting experience throughout live events.
  • Take proactive ownership of priority sporting events, staying across match action, market availability, suspensions, pricing, feeds and settlement in real time.
  • Identify the key stories and narratives developing within live events and ensure relevant markets, content and promotions are surfaced to customers at the moments they matter most.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to increase Sportsbook handle, using fixture context, customer behaviour and live sporting narratives to help shape what we promote and when.
  • Maintain an exceptional eye for detail across the In-Play experience, quickly identifying issues with feeds, suspensions, market availability or pricing and driving them through to resolution.
  • Work closely with CRM and Product teams to ensure key fixtures, promotions and In-Play opportunities are communicated effectively and prominently to our customer base.
  • Help develop and execute real-time promotional opportunities, reacting quickly to match action and emerging narratives to keep the Sportsbook fresh and engaging.
  • Review performance and recurring operational issues across key fixtures, identifying opportunities to improve processes, proposition quality and the overall customer experience.
  • Support Trading and Product in continuously improving how we present and promote In-Play betting, helping build a proposition that gives customers more reasons to engage throughout an event rather than simply at kick-off.

The next Midniter:

  • A genuine passion for sport and someone who naturally follows the stories, moments and narratives that make live sport exciting.
  • A keen interest in sports betting and the wider sportsbook industry, with a real appetite to learn how a Sportsbook operates.
  • Someone who puts the customer at the heart of their thinking and is excited about creating an engaging, relevant and high-quality betting experience.
  • An excellent eye for detail, with the ability to spot when something doesn’t look right and take ownership of getting it resolved.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, live environment, managing multiple priorities and reacting quickly as sporting events unfold.
  • A proactive mindset, someone who doesn’t just wait for issues or opportunities to be highlighted, but actively looks for ways to improve the proposition and drive customer engagement.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, being able to engage with stakeholders around our promotions at the relevant time.
  • Previous sportsbook or trading experience isn’t required. We’re more interested in your passion for sport, willingness to learn and potential to develop.
  • Any existing knowledge of sports betting, bet types or sportsbook products is a bonus, but we’ll help you build the technical knowledge you need to succeed in the role.
