As a Real Time CRM Executive at Midnite, you’ll help execute and optimise customer engagement campaigns designed to influence player behaviour while customers are actively interacting with our product. You’ll work closely with the Real Time CRM Manager to deliver behavioural messaging, triggered communications and automated engagement journeys across multiple channels. This role is ideal for someone early in their CRM career who wants hands‑on exposure to sophisticated real‑time customer engagement within a fast-growing gaming business. You’ll gain experience across behavioural targeting, automation, experimentation, reporting and optimisation while contributing directly to customer retention and engagement growth.
You will:
- Build, QA and launch real‑time CRM campaigns across email, push, in‑app and SMS channels.
- Support behavioural automations and customer engagement journeys.
- Build audience segments, triggers and targeting logic within Braze.
- Manage campaign scheduling, links, tracking parameters and bonus set‑up.
- Support A/B testing and experimentation initiatives.
- Assist with reporting, analysis and optimisation recommendations.
- Work closely with the Real‑Time CRM Manager to execute engagement strategy.
- Collaborate with Product, BI and Engineering teams to support customer engagement initiatives.
- Support reactive campaign activity aligned to the sporting calendar and live customer behaviour.

- Has experience working within CRM, lifecycle marketing or customer engagement.
- Has hands‑on experience building and launching CRM campaigns.
- Is comfortable using CRM platforms such as Braze or similar tools.
- Has strong attention to detail and campaign QA standards.
- Enjoys working with customer data, segmentation and testing.
- Is organised, proactive and adaptable in fast‑moving environments.
- Has strong written communication skills.
- Has an interest in sports betting, gaming or customer engagement industries.
Benefits: 33 days total, including public holidays + tenure holiday policy. While we complete the setup of our Gibraltar entity, the successful candidate would initially join us on a contractor basis. We currently expect this arrangement to remain in place until approximately October 2026. Once the entity is fully established, we intend to transition the role to a permanent employment contract, at which point the successful candidate will become eligible for employee benefits.
