We’re looking for a Live Casino Manager to own and grow Midnite’s Live Casino vertical, shaping the product strategy, player experience, and commercial performance across one of the most important areas of the business. This role sits at the intersection of product, operations, marketing, and commercial strategy.

You’ll be responsible for driving engagement, retention, and revenue across the Live Casino experience while ensuring the product offering stays competitive, innovative, and aligned with player expectations. You’ll play a key role in defining how Live Casino evolves at Midnite, using data, player insight, and market trends to optimise performance and create experiences players genuinely want to come back to.

  • Own the performance of the Live Casino vertical across revenue, retention, engagement, and profitability.
  • Develop and execute the Live Casino strategy in line with business goals and market opportunities.
  • Manage relationships with live casino providers including Evolution, Playtech, and Pragmatic Play.
  • Optimise product offering, promotions, game positioning, and player journeys across the Live Casino experience.
  • Monitor player behaviour, product performance, and commercial KPIs to identify growth opportunities and areas for optimisation.
  • Partner closely with CRM, Marketing, and Acquisition teams to drive engagement and cross-sell initiatives.
  • Stay close to industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies within the live gaming space.
  • Ensure all Live Casino experiences meet regulatory and responsible gambling requirements.

  • Proven experience managing or growing a Live Casino product within online gaming or iGaming.
  • Strong commercial mindset with experience driving engagement, retention, and revenue performance.

  • Analytical and data-driven approach to decision making, with experience using KPIs and reporting tools to optimise performance.
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills across Product, CRM, Marketing, and Operations.
