You will:
- Lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Midnite's RegTech platform.
- Build internal systems that empower compliance, fraud, and risk teams to operate with speed, precision, and flexibility.
- Take the lead in supercharging customer satisfaction in the most complex and friction-heavy areas of a user’s lifecycle.
- Reimagine how compliance tooling can deliver seamless user experiences across KYC, AML, payments, and responsible gaming.
- Champion automation and scalability, designing tools that grow with the business and set the industry standard for regulatory platforms.
- Ignite enthusiasm for a product-led approach, motivating others to buy into and build towards the product vision.
