This role is responsible for building the operational engine behind integrated campaign delivery — ensuring that commercial opportunities translate into structured, coordinated, high-impact campaigns across everyone’s touchpoints. You’ll act as the connective layer between Commercial, Brand, Creative, Product, CRM, Paid Media, Social, and Partnerships teams, bringing clarity, structure, and momentum to complex cross‑functional initiatives.
As Midnite scales internationally, this role will play a critical part in building scalable planning systems capable of operating across multiple markets and increasing campaign complexity.
You will:
- Own the end‑to‑end integrated campaign planning process across Growth
- Operate and maintain a rolling 16‑week campaign planning cycle
- Build and manage a centralised campaign roadmap across teams
- Translate commercial priorities into integrated multi‑channel campaign plans
- Coordinate briefing processes across Commercial, Creative, Brand, Product, CRM, Paid Media, Social, and Partnerships teams
- Ensure campaigns are scoped, prioritised, and resourced effectively
- Track campaign delivery progress and proactively resolve blockers or risks
- Drive campaign governance and operational planning standards
- Ensure cross‑functional alignment on priorities, timelines, and deliverables
- Support campaign planning across multiple international markets
- Feed campaign learnings and performance insights back into future planning
- Help shape scalable operational processes as Midnite continues to grow
Qualifications
- Has experience operating within integrated marketing planning, campaign operations, or growth strategy functions
