The Role

Location: UK - Remote As a CRM Executive at Midnite, you’ll help execute and optimise customer lifecycle campaigns that drive engagement, retention and long‑term player value.
You’ll work closely with CRM Managers across Sportsbook and Casino to deliver high‑quality lifecycle journeys, campaigns and automated communications across multiple channels.
This role is ideal for someone early in their CRM career who wants hands‑on exposure to sophisticated lifecycle marketing within a fast‑growing gaming business.
You’ll gain experience across segmentation, experimentation, reporting, automation and campaign optimisation while contributing directly to business growth.
You will: Build, QA and launch CRM campaigns across email, push, in‑app and SMS channels.
Support lifecycle automations and customer journey execution.
Build audience segments and targeting logic within Braze.
Manage campaign scheduling, links, tracking parameters and bonus setup.
Support A/B testing and experimentation initiatives.
Assist with reporting, analysis and optimisation recommendations.
Work closely with CRM Managers to execute lifecycle strategy.
Collaborate with Product, BI and Engineering teams to support customer engagement initiatives.
Support reactive campaign activity aligned to the sporting calendar and business priorities.
