We are looking for 4 Skilled Roadworkers to undertake skilled operations as part of a team in the maintenance of roads, pavements and drains. The role requires working with small plant and tools and involves standard working hours, on standby and call‑out, including winter maintenance operations. Physical effort is a daily requirement. The position may be based at Inverurie, Stonehaven, Alford or Banchory depots. There is a responsibility to demonstrate a commitment to quality service delivery through continuous improvement for the benefit of the Service and the organisation.
Responsibilities:
- Perform skilled roadwork operations in a team setting.
- Use small plant and tools for maintenance tasks.
- Work normal hours, standby, call‑out, and participate in winter maintenance.
- Ensure daily physical effort and quality service delivery.
