Overview
A Catering Assistant is required to work in Arduthie School in order to undertake the preparation, cooking and service of food and beverages.
You are an enthusiastic and motivated team worker who has the ability to communicate well. A certificate in basic hygiene and experience in working in an Aberdeenshire school kitchen is desirable, however full training will be provided and a uniform supplied. This role may require flexible and weekend working.
There is a responsibility for the post holder to demonstrate a commitment to quality service delivery through continuous improvement for the benefit of the Service and the organisation.
Work pattern
9.30am – 2pm Monday to Friday (Term time)
Aberdeenshire Council currently applies a Living Wage Supplement to all Council employees earning less than £13.45 per hour.
