Overview
Have you experience of cooking, working within a team and would like to make a difference – come and join our kitchen team who provide nutritious meals for those who live at Bennachie View.
You would be working two shifts per week 9am – 5.30pm. There would be some weekend working which attracts enhanced rates of pay. Hourly rate of pay is £14.21
This role will involve cooking for up to 48 residents so the successful candidate needs to be able to cook to a high standard ensuring all relevant Health and Safety policies and Food Hygiene Standards are met. They will need to undertake the planning, preparation and serving of meals within the care home in collaboration with other staff.
There is a responsibility for the post holder to demonstrate a commitment to quality service delivery through continuous improvement for the benefit of the Service and the organisation.
