Overview
We are looking for 2 Admin Support Assistants to provide efficient, customer-focused support to Council Services, working on an individual basis or collaboratively as part of a team.
This post is within the Rent Management Team and is based in the office at Viewmount, Arduthie Road, Stonehaven. Hours are Monday to Friday, 8.45 am to 5.00 pm.
Interviews will be held on Thursday 12 February 2026 at Viewmount, Stonehaven. This is a fixed-term post for a period not exceeding 31 December 2027.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support and customer-focused service to Council Services.
- Contribute to the delivery of rent collection and related processes for Aberdeenshire Council Tenants, either individually or as part of the Rent Management Team.
