We are looking for experienced HGV drivers to join our team, delivering skips within Edinburgh and the surrounding areas. The successful candidates will be responsible for providing safe, reliable, and efficient delivery and collection services for our skips, while maintaining excellent relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspecting the vehicle before and after use, logging inspections, and reporting any issues.
  • Operating a chain lift skip vehicle, along with other vehicles as needed.
  • Ensuring the vehicle is in safe condition and adhering to company policies, procedures, and road safety regulations.
  • Delivering and collecting skip containers for both public and trade customers.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum Class 2 Licence.
  • Valid CPC qualification.
  • Clean driving licence (preferred).
  • Digital Tachograph Card.
  • Previous experience operating chain lift skip vehicles is essential.

Salary & Benefits:

  • £15.75 per hour (with a minimum of 1 year’s experience operating chain lift skips).
  • Time and a half for overtime.
  • Saturday shifts as part of a rota system.
