You will play a key role in supporting neighbourhoods, sustaining tenancies, addressing housing issues, and ensuring our customers receive a responsive and professional service.\ N Main duties willinclude:\ N \n Managing a designated area and acting as the first point of contact for tenants.\ N Supporting tenancy sustainment and providing advice on a range of housing matters.\ N Investigating and resolving anti-social behaviour complaints and neighbourhood issues.\ N Managing tenancy changes, successions, assignations, and other tenancy-related matters.\ N Carrying out estate inspections and helping to maintain safe, clean, and attractive neighbourhoods.\ N Contributing to the delivery of excellent customer service and continuous service improvement.\ N \n You will be a visible and approachable member of the team with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will enjoy working with people from a wide range of backgrounds and be able to build positive relationships with tenants, colleagues, and partner organisations.\ N We are looking for individuals who are passionate about helping people and making a difference in local communities. Previous housing experience would be advantageous; however, it is not essential.
