We are looking for an experienced and motivated Homecare Care Practitioner to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a caring professional who is passionate about maintaining high standards of care and supporting care staff to deliver outstanding services within the community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing practical support and guidance to Care at Home staff in delivering person-centred care.
  • Supporting carers with the practical elements of care and promoting best practice.

Knowledge

  • Jobholders must be educated to HNC/SVQ3 in Social Care and hold an additional supervisory qualification or be working towards.
  • Experience of working in a care service including the supervision of staff is essential.
  • Experience of working with computer software is desirable.
  • The jobholder will receive medication training, as well as all other mandatory training that is required for the post.
  • Manual Driver’s licence is essential for the post.
