This post will involve evening work, including Fridays. The jobholder should be educated to SCQF Level 6 or have sound knowledge/experience of lifelong learning and/or employability programmes and projects including delivery of one-to-one caseloads.

Contract Status: Fixed Term until 31/08/2027. Monday – Friday with evenings and occasional weekends.

Please note that it is Midlothian Council's policy that successful applicants will be appointed to the first point on the salary scale. This post is considered Regulated Work with Children under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act, 2007. Therefore, it is an offence to apply if you are barred from working with children. Successful candidates will require PVG Scheme membership for Regulated Work with Children.
