We will provide any training that is needed to bring you up to speed technically if required.

You will be the first port of call for Council and school staff who are having problems with IT hardware and software. We will expect you to understand and help our staff get back up and running quickly with whatever technology they are struggling with.

This role can either be undertaken onsite or by a mixture of home and onsite working by agreement with your manager. If you would like to work from home, we will provide you with all the equipment that you will need but you must have a suitable place to work and a suitable broadband connection.
