KNOWLEDGE
Basic literacy and numeracy along with some experience of working in an environment that demands a high degree of health & safety awareness is also essential. Manual handling, customer care and banksman training are essential requirements of the role. This is provided by internal and external contractors and through on the job training and coaching. Due to the seasonal changes and the use of different types of equipment it will take over a year to become knowledgeable on all the aspects of the job.
