You will contribute to the supervision, support, and development of colleagues, support workers, and students, fostering a positive learning environment within the team. Working flexibly, you will deliver timely assessments within people’s homes—aligned to the Home First approach—while also providing ongoing rehabilitation and reablement interventions to optimise function, reduce risk, and promote autonomy.
