An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Families’ Health and Wellbeing Service (0-19) HUB administration team, based in Rugeley. This is a 9-5 service Monday – Friday to include a mixture of remote working which will accommodate the needs and requirements of department., + Answering the phone as a first point of contact and dealing with queries from patients, parents and carers ensuring a positive customer experience of people contacting the service.

To address enquires where appropriate make decisions and facilitate outcome.

To ensure that a confidential and efficient word processing service is provided to members of the Universal and Emotional Health and Wellbeing Teams,

To operate an effective task list to ensure all enquiries and referrals are adhered to, dealt with and followed-up where appropriate.

To produce data analysis on behalf of these teams and monitor performance.

To maintain excellent channels of communication with all team members and connected departments/agencies.

Processing new referrals received in paper and email format; including reviewing referrals to determine the appropriate professional required based on protocols, pathways and standard operating procedures

Maintain an effective office support system

Input into electronic diaries for clinical and non-clinical activities including the arrangement of appointments and clinics for clinicians, as required.

Be the first point of contact for any new referrals received by the Team, deciding on appropriate next steps including phone call direction, making appointments, and seeking further information/clarification, as required
