Are you an experienced Contracts or Project Manager with a background in the flooring industry? We're looking for a dynamic professional to join our growing team!

What you’ll do:

  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • Maintain high standards of workmanship and health & safety compliance
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships
  • Resolve on-site issues efficiently and professionally
  • Monitor project costs and variations
  • Support estimating and planning when needed

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience as a Contracts Manager or Project Manager in flooring
  • Strong knowledge of commercial and/or residential flooring installations
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure
  • Good understanding of health & safety regulations
  • Full UK driving licence

Bonus points for:

  • Experience with carpet, vinyl, LVT, wood, or safety flooring
  • SMSTS or SSSTS qualification
  • CSCS card holder
