About This Role
We are looking for a highly organised and compassionate Administrator to join our Midlands Care team.
This role is central to the smooth running of the care home, ensuring excellent support for residents, families, and colleagues.
You will oversee day-to-day administrative operations, maintain accurate records, manage financial processes, and uphold compliance standards that contribute to the overall quality of service within the home.

To oversee and manage the administrative functions within the care home, ensuring efficient operations, accurate record-keeping, and professional communication.
The Administrator plays a key role in supporting residents, families, and staff while maintaining regulatory compliance and contributing to a welcoming, well-organised environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Front-of-House Duties: Welcome visitors professionally, manage enquiries, and maintain a clean, organised reception area.
- Communication: Answer calls promptly, coordinate internal communications, and support meeting scheduling.
- Record Management: Maintain accurate resident records, including admissions and discharges, and prepare documentation for regulatory bodies.
- Office Administration: Manage correspondence, filing systems, office supplies, and general administrative workflows.
- Financial Tasks: Handle petty cash, oversee residents’ personal funds, support invoicing, credit control, and payment processing.
- Funding Liaison: Work with funding agencies to ensure correct financial arrangements are in place.
- Recruitment Support: Assist with recruitment processes and maintain staff documentation.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements across administrative functions.
