Responsibilities:
- Prioritise the provision of person-centred care to our elderly residents, promoting their independence, dignity, and privacy.
- Adhere to relevant policies, procedures, and practices within a care environment.
- Work collaboratively with the care team, fostering a positive and supportive working environment.
- Participate in comprehensive training programs throughout the year, including mandatory and supplementary, online and practical courses upon request.
- Complete our induction programme, which includes enrolment in the Care Certificate to enhance your skills in delivering compassionate care.
- Available for a range of shift patterns, including part-time and full-time positions.
Qualifications and Skills:
- No prior experience is necessary as full training will be provided. However, experience in a similar environment is welcomed.
- A team-oriented attitude, excellent interpersonal skills and eagerness to learn.
- A commitment to delivering high-quality care and building meaningful relationships with residents.
- The ability to adhere to established policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Enhanced DBS Check will be undertaken as part of the recruitment process.
