An exciting opportunity has arisen offering the chance to become part of our dynamic surgical Admissions and day surgery team. This is a demanding role and will require good effective communication skills and the ability to work effectively within our team.
Main duties of the job:
- Primarily based on the Blackburn site you will be required to work flexibly to cover the needs of the service.
- This service covers a variety of adult specialties to include trauma, general and vascular surgery, ENT, maxillofacial, orthopedic, urology and trauma.
- We currently open from Monday to Friday between the hours of 7.00 until 20.30. Weekend work is subject to capacity and demand.
- Be responsible for the adult patient from admission to discharge.
- Arrange the reception, admission.
