Key Responsibilities: • Set up, operate, and monitor tissue manufacturing and converting machinery • Carry out basic machine adjustments and changeovers • Ensure products meet the required quality and production standards • Complete routine machine checks and report faults promptly • Minimise waste and support the achievement of production targets • Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working area • Complete production records and relevant documentation • Follow health and safety, hygiene, and company procedures • Work closely with maintenance and production colleagues The Ideal Candidate Will Have: • Previous machine-operating experience • Good attention to detail and a strong focus on quality • Basic mechanical understanding and problem-solving ability • Ability to follow instructions and work safely • A reliable, flexible, and team-focused approach • Previous experience in tissue, paper, packaging, printing, converting, or a similar manufacturing environment would be an advantage An attractive salary will be offered based on the successful candidate’s skills and experience.
