Key Responsibilities:
- Set up, operate, and monitor tissue manufacturing and converting machinery
- Carry out basic machine adjustments and changeovers
- Ensure products meet the required quality and production standards
- Complete routine machine checks and report faults promptly
- Minimise waste and support the achievement of production targets
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working area
- Complete production records and relevant documentation
- Follow health and safety, hygiene, and company procedures
- Work closely with maintenance and production colleagues
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Previous machine-operating experience
- Good attention to detail and a strong focus on quality
- Basic mechanical understanding and problem-solving ability
- Ability to follow instructions and work safely
- A reliable, flexible, and team-focused approach
- Previous experience in tissue, paper, packaging, printing, converting, or a similar manufacturing environment would be an advantage
