Client Success Manager Care Sector Workforce Technology £55,000£65,000 base DOE, remote-first, supporting customers across the UK Our client is a fast-growing workforce technology company helping care providers cut agency staffing costs and manage temporary staff more effectively.
As they build out their UK customer base, this newly created role is an important hire: it's the company's first dedicated Client Success appointment, and the right candidate will be able to shape how every client experiences the platform from signature onward.
Winning a client is only the start.
You'll own the journey from late-stage pre-sale and platform demo support, through onboarding, activation, adoption, and ongoing account health, making sure new clients quickly see real value, and keep expanding their use of the platform.
You'll also help build the processes, tools, and metrics that the future Client Success function will run on.
What you'll do: Support the Business Development Managers on strategically important deals with product and implementation expertise.
Own the onboarding for newly signed clients, from planning through to go-live.
Track adoption and usage, proactively step in where activation stalls, and run regular account-health reviews.
