HGV Workshop Manager We are recruiting for an experienced HGV Workshop Manager to work out of our clients site in the Inkberrow area of Worcestershire. The Workshop MAnager will take full resposibilty for the day to day running of the workshop. Duties: - Planning and managing the maintenance and repair function - Day-to- day allocation of work ensuring quality and consistent results - Ensure compliance with all statutory regulations and requirements to meet the Department of Transport Operators licence as well as H&S legislation - Liaise and troubleshoot with external contractors, suppliers and manufactures. - Actively research additional revenue streams for the Garage, building business cases for presentation the Managing Director. - Responsibility for the recruitment, management and training of all engineering staff. Skills: - Demonstrate previous experience in a senior engineering supervisory or management role within the HGV sector - Meticulous time management and planning skills with the ability to make rational decisions under pressure - Ability to work on a flexible basis responding to operational demands - Ability to take initiative with a pro-active approach and control in a pressurised environment Salary Neotiable If you\'re an enthusiastic HGV Workshop Manager ready to take your skills on the road, we want to hear from you!
