Midland Mencap in Sandwell is seeking a friendly Parent-Carers Project Worker to join the Sandwell Carers team. You will spend much of your time out in communities, meeting Parent-Carers, building relationships and helping families caring for children with SEND, disabilities or long-term conditions access support, information and opportunities.
You will help deliver workshops, support groups and information sessions, and connect families with local services.
