Midland Mencap is seeking a CYP Co-Ordinator in Coventry to lead a team delivering sessions for children and young people with complex disabilities. You will coordinate staffing rotas, ensure legal ratios, and support HR, training and referrals across the West Midlands including Birmingham, Worcestershire, Coventry and North Warwickshire.
The role requires strong communication, safeguarding knowledge, and the ability to work weekends and school holidays. Training will be provided.
