Midland Heart in Birmingham is seeking an experienced Architect (Software Development) to provide technical leadership, architectural oversight and strategic direction across major software development, re-platforming and digital transformation initiatives. Reporting to the Director of Digital and Technology, you will lead architectural design, guide technology choices and line-manage a small team of Software Developers, creating conditions for high performance and continuous improvement.
