Are you an organised and detail-driven administrator looking for a part-time role where you can make a real impact? Do you thrive in a fast-paced governance environment, ensuring accuracy and compliance in everything you do?
As a Governance Administrator (part-time, 21 hours per week), you'll provide essential administrative and financial support to the Governance team, helping ensure that key processes run smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Governance & Compliance – Coordinate the signing and sealing process, maintain records, and support governance meetings, correspondence, and data protection activities.
- Procurement & Finance – Raise purchase orders, process invoices, assist with budget management, and help set up new suppliers.
- General Administration – Organise meetings, prepare agendas and minutes, respond to information requests, and maintain databases, reports, and presentations.
What We're Looking For:
- Educated to GCSE grade 4/C or above in English & Mathematics.
- Experience of delivering a broad range of administrative tasks.
- Experience of financial administration such as raising purchase orders and processing invoices.
- Experience in creating spreadsheets and graphs, analysing data, and producing reports.
- Someone who demonstrates a knowledge of and genuine interest in working for Midland Heart, as evidenced in their cover letter.
