We're now looking for a skilled and strategically minded Data Product Owner to take ownership of our data product roadmap and deliver real value to our colleagues and tenants.
As our Data Product Manager, you'll be the critical link between our data team and business users across the organisation – defining product strategy, translating requirements into clear user stories, and driving high-impact data initiatives.
You’ll lead on:
- Owning and maintaining the data product roadmap, aligned to our corporate plan and data strategy.
- Building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels – from operational teams to senior leaders.
- Defining and refining OKRs and success metrics for data initiatives.
- Leading discovery sessions, prioritising backlogs, and balancing delivery with technical debt and regulatory needs.
- Driving agile delivery practices across the team.
- Embedding data governance, GDPR and security into everything we do.
We’re looking for someone with:
- A proven track record in product or project management of data or BI solutions.
- Hands-on experience managing agile backlogs and sprints using tools like DevOps, Jira, or similar.
- A strong grasp of data modelling, BI tooling (Power BI, Tableau) and modern data platforms (Azure preferred).
- Understanding of GDPR, cyber-security, and information governance.
- A sharp analytical mindset and a natural ability to bring clarity to complexity.
- Ability and willingness to work 3 days per week on-site.
