This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong understanding of building and property maintenance and a passion for delivering high-quality tenant services.Please note, this is a Fixed-Term Contract until September 2026.In this role, you will support the delivery of maintenance services focused on damp and mould prevention and remediation, with a tenant-centric approach and value for money.Your responsibilities include:Conduct pre and post inspection surveys to diagnose disrepair or damp/mould issues and ensure resolution.Produce detailed work schedules using NHF Schedule of Rates for repairs.Maintain accurate records and provide relevant certification for all works.Support damp and mould complaint caseloads, providing technical reports to demonstrate actions taken.Collaborate with the Contract Management team to ensure high-quality repairs.What we offer: A competitive salary, healthcare benefits such as Medicash, up to 8% pension contributions, and discounts through our Benefits portal.Ideal candidate: Previous surveying experience, a recognised building surveying qualification, full membership to RICS or CIOB, and a HHSRS qualification. Strong technical expertise and knowledge of relevant legislation (e.g., Landlord and Tenant Act 1985, Environmental Protection Act 1990, Homes (Fitness for Human Habitation) Act 2018, Social Housing Regulation Act 2023) are required.
