What’s the role?

Responsibilities include, but aren’t limited to:

  • Leading and managing a high-performing team of Contract Delivery Surveyors.
  • Conducting property inspections and collecting detailed data to assess retrofit needs.
  • Identifying appropriate energy-saving measures and working with our contractors to deliver them in line with PAS 2035.
  • Monitoring contractor performance, managing budgets, and producing reports that keep our retrofit strategy on track.
  • Engaging and communicating with tenants to explain upcoming works, manage expectations, and ensure smooth delivery.
  • Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety, CDM, and retrofit legislation.
  • Working closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver a programme that meets energy efficiency and tenant satisfaction goals.

Our ideal candidate?

  • A relevant HNC or equivalent qualification, or significant equivalent work experience.
  • Significant technical experience in construction or maintenance related contract management.
  • Experience managing budgets and completing the associated financial administration.
  • You will be an excellent people manager, with a proven ability to lead and motivate your team to achieve challenging targets and objectives, using your excellent communication skills and ability to build strong professional relationships.
