If so, join us as a Trainee Analyst, where you'll support the management and analysis of asset data to help shape investment planning across our housing portfolio.
As a Trainee Analyst, you'll be responsible for:
- Assisting with the collection, validation, and analysis of asset and property data
- Supporting the preparation of reports, dashboards, and performance analysis to inform investment planning
- Maintaining and updating asset management systems and asset registers to ensure data accuracy
- Supporting long‑term investment planning through data preparation and reporting activities
- Working with colleagues to identify trends and insights that support portfolio performance monitoring
- Assisting with data quality, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Supporting sustainability, value for money, and asset performance monitoring activities
- Developing knowledge of asset intelligence systems, reporting tools, and Business Intelligence platforms
You'll join a collaborative Property Investment team, where you'll gain hands‑on experience in asset intelligence, data analysis, and reporting while developing the skills needed for a career in strategic asset management and investment planning.
Our ideal candidate?
- A degree (or currently studying towards one) in a relevant discipline, or equivalent experience
- Experience using Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
- Strong analytical or numerical skills demonstrated through education, work, or personal projects
- Evidence of working accurately with data, reports, or record‑keeping tasks
Midland Heart operates Smart Working practices, through which colleagues deliver services from the location they perform best at on any given day. The successful candidate should therefore expect to work from a Midland Heart site a minimum of 3 days per week, with the remainder worked remotely.
